One of the most famous talents to return to WWE SmackDown made a serious mistake that left the crowd confused. Tonight's show brought the return of a big star; Jelly Roll. The last time we saw him in the WWE world was at SummerSlam in 2024, when he performed a chokeslam on a young Austin Theory. This time he was on his home turf, in his hometown of Nashville, Tennessee.

However, the return was not without problems. The 40-year-old singer and rapper started performing his song "Liar" in front of the audience, but he continued singing for too long. He forgot to stop his performance when he was interrupted by Logan Paul.

This led to an awkward situation where Paul was trying to get the crowd's attention while Jelly Roll was still singing in the middle of the ring with music playing loudly in the background. The Maverick had no choice but to turn off the speakers and yell into the microphone to try and get his attention.

Although the scene did not ruin the entire show, the atmosphere was quite uneasy. This was followed by a very sharp and direct promo by Logan Paul.

Randy Orton came to the rescue and confronted Paul: He didn't mince words

Logan Paul didn't mince words when addressing Jelly Roll on SmackDown. Not only did he question why he was working for WWE, based in Stamford, but he also started bringing up his personal matters, including his children and the fact that he doesn't have custody of his eight-year-old son.

These words clearly struck a chord with the 40-year-old, who appeared momentarily confused and lost in the ring. Fortunately, Randy Orton didn't let the situation escalate.

He walked over and confronted Paul, asking him how he could call Jelly Roll a "foreigner" in WWE.

There is no doubt that the situation is very interesting, but equally complicated within the company. It will be interesting to follow the situation to the end.
